By accessing or using the Today Only mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apps Everyday ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of Today Only.
Today Only is a daily planning application designed to help you focus on your tasks for today. The App allows you to:

Today Only and all its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Apps Everyday and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works.
Any tasks, notes, or other content you enter into Today Only ("User Content") remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your User Content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored locally on your device and we do not access or use it.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of creating or storing it.
Today Only may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any such purchases are subject to:

The free version of Today Only may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed within the App. Clicking on third-party advertisements is at your own risk.
Today Only is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps Everyday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Today Only.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
